Shankar, introducing Madhu as director with Shashikanth and Manasa in the lead and produced by Chadalavada Padmavathy under the banner of Tirumala Tirupati Venkateswara Films, is ready to hit the screens on December 8th.

Producer Chadalavada Padmavathy says, 'Shashikanth, who had already gained a popular image as hero among audiences, would gain further name through our film. Shankar would remain a milestone in the career of Shashikanth. The director moulded the film with good mass elements. Though it is his debut film, he made it like an experienced director. Tunes given by Vandemataram Srinivas would be another highlight. The risky fights done by Shashikanth himself would attract the audiences. The film has not only mass elements, but also has several other ingredients that could attract the youth and women audiences.'
